Advocate and Certified Public Accountant
Dr Adrian Sciberras, FCCA, MIA, CPA, LL.B. (Hons) (Melit.), M. Adv (Melit.), is a certified public accountant and advocate. He was born in 1980 and received his education at St. Aloysius College.
Dr Sciberras brings over years of experience in the accountancy field and in helping clients achieve business success by assisting them establish practical and sound tax and financial processes. As a founder of an accounting and audit company and a corporate services provider company, he is an all-rounder in the accountancy, VAT and taxation and company formation sectors and has gained experience in company management, international corporate structures and business consulting.
He gained his accounting degree in 2003 whilst working in the private sector and then moved onto setting up his own businesses in 2009. In 2018, he also graduated in law with an LL.B.(Hons)(Melit.) and completed a Master of Advocacy degree the following year, in 2019. He then furthered law practice with an established local law firm, leading him to become a warranted lawyer in 2020 and then set up his law firm Sciberras Advocates.
Throughout the years, thanks to both practices, he has gained extensive experience in corporate law, taxation law, contract law, commercial law, financial crime, litigation and arbitration. In addition, Dr Adrian Sciberras has expertise in immigration law, employment and labour law, property law and commercial law amongst others.
Dr Adrian Sciberras is a fellow member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) in the UK and is a member of the Malta Chamber of Advocates. He speaks fluently Maltese, English and Italian languages.
