{"id":2354,"date":"2022-03-17T11:15:59","date_gmt":"2022-03-17T10:15:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sciberras.legal\/?p=2354"},"modified":"2024-01-31T12:32:48","modified_gmt":"2024-01-31T11:32:48","slug":"refusals-return-orders-and-appeals","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sciberras.legal\/es\/2022\/03\/17\/refusals-return-orders-and-appeals\/","title":{"rendered":"Refusals, Return Orders and Appeals"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you are familiar with any of the below scenarios, then you must also know that you have the right to appeal with Immigration Appeals Board as per below notifications:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Si tu Solicitud de Permiso \u00danico fue rechazada, tienes derecho a apelar esta decisi\u00f3n ante la Junta de Apelaciones de Inmigraci\u00f3n dentro de los tres d\u00edas posteriores a la notificaci\u00f3n de dicha decisi\u00f3n, de conformidad con el Art\u00edculo 20(2) de la Legislaci\u00f3n Subsidiaria 217.17.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Si su solicitud de visa fue rechazada, anulada o revocada por las autoridades maltesas, tiene derecho a apelar esta decisi\u00f3n ante la Junta de Apelaciones de Inmigraci\u00f3n dentro de los quince d\u00edas siguientes a la notificaci\u00f3n de dicha decisi\u00f3n, seg\u00fan el Art\u00edculo 25A(5) del Cap\u00edtulo 217.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Si se le notificara una orden de retorno a su pa\u00eds, usted tiene el derecho de apelar esta decisi\u00f3n ante la Junta de Apelaciones de Inmigraci\u00f3n dentro de los tres d\u00edas siguientes a la notificaci\u00f3n de dicha decisi\u00f3n. El derecho de apelaci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n se establece en el Art\u00edculo 25A(5) del Cap\u00edtulo 217.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Keeping proper documentation is of utmost importance in the case of appeals, as one would need to show proof of various circumstances such as justification for intended stay, proof of job skills for Single Permit Applications, proof of work, accommodation, and medical insurance for Visa approvals and so on and so forth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Immigration, work permits, Visa refusals and appeals in Malta are delicate matters that need to be seen immediately since the right to appeal varies from just few days up to maximum of two weeks from receipt of these notifications.
