Le d\u00e9passement de la dur\u00e9e de s\u00e9jour autoris\u00e9e dans l&#x27;espace Schengen entra\u00eene de nombreuses cons\u00e9quences. Il est important de savoir qu&#x27;un tel d\u00e9passement ne passe jamais inaper\u00e7u et que, qu&#x27;il soit intentionnel ou non, il est toujours sanctionn\u00e9 par une amende, une expulsion imm\u00e9diate et une interdiction d&#x27;entr\u00e9e dans l&#x27;espace Schengen pendant une dur\u00e9e d\u00e9termin\u00e9e. Vous n\u2019\u00eates pas autoris\u00e9 \u00e0 d\u00e9passer la dur\u00e9e de s\u00e9jour autoris\u00e9e de 90 jours par p\u00e9riode de 180 jours, et cette r\u00e8gle s\u2019applique \u00e0 tous les types de visas, qu\u2019il s\u2019agisse d\u2019un visa \u00e9tudiant ou d\u2019un visa de travail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>R\u00e8gle des 90\/180 jours pour le visa Schengen<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Under the terms of Schengen, non-EEA nationals cannot spend more than a total of 90 days within a total period of 180 days without a visa. Furthermore, once you&#8217;ve used up your quota of 90 days, you cannot return to Schengen until 90 more days have passed. Many people overstay because they think that visa validity and duration of stay are the same. The right to appeal is also stated in Article 25A(5) of Chapter 217.
