Employers in Malta must now review the Preliminary Labour Market Test results on the Jobsplus portal before submitting any new applications for the employment of third-country nationals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This change forms part of the Malta Labour Migration Policy Implementation (Workforce Application Limits) and is intended to give employers an early indication of whether their applications are likely to pass the initial screening process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It is important to note, however, that a positive preliminary result does not guarantee approval. Applications may still undergo further checks and due diligence before a final decision is issued.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
To access the results, employers should simply log in to the Jobsplus portal and follow the steps provided.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
