Dr Mariah Ann Fenech
Dr Mariah Ann Fenech, LL.B. (Hons.) (Melit.), M.Adv. (Melit.), is an Associate Lawyer at Sciberras Advocates. She obtained her Bachelor of Laws (Honours) degree in 2021 and her Master of Advocacy in 2023, both from the University of Malta.
Dr Fenech began her legal journey through various trainee positions, where she gained hands-on experience in legal drafting, contract vetting, court attendance, and client liaison. She completed traineeships with two law firms, then moving on to the role of Junior Associate. There, she was entrusted with representing clients before the courts and tribunals, as well as drafting legal documents and conducting in-depth research on complex legal matters. She is now part of the Sciberras Advocates legal team as an Associate Lawyer.
Her academic background, combined with her interest in litigation, and public speaking abilities, has shaped her focused approach to client representation and legal advocacy. Dr Fenech has also cultivated strong interpersonal and communication skills through voluntary work.
