Associate Lawyer
Dr Nicole Attard graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Master of Advocacy from the University of Malta. She was admitted to the Maltese Bar in 2025 and is also appointed as a Commissioner for Oaths.
Dr Attard gained practical legal experience through her pupillage, first with Sciberras Advocates, where she worked on immigration law, civil litigation, commercial matters, and the drafting of legal agreements. She subsequently completed a pupillage with the Office of the Attorney General, where she was exposed to criminal law proceedings before the Courts of Malta and contributed to the preparation and review of legal documentation.
In addition to her legal practice, Dr Attard served as a Junior Associate within the Financial Intelligence Analysis Unit (FIAU), where she was involved in compliance examinations, anti-money laundering and counter-financing of terrorism (AML/CFT) supervision, and regulatory compliance matters. She now forms part of the Sciberras Advocates legal team as an Associate Lawyer.
Dr Attard has a particular interest in family law. She is committed to providing practical, client-focused legal advice and assisting clients through complex legal and administrative procedures.
