Sciberras Advocates is seeking to recruit an experienced Associate Lawyer to join our growing legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated legal professional to be part of a dynamic and reputable law firm in Malta.
The ideal candidate should:
- Be warranted to practice law in Malta;
- Have a strong background in Civil Law, with solid experience in court litigation and dispute resolution;
- Be confident and experienced in appearing before the Maltese Courts;
- Be fluent in both Maltese and English (spoken and written);
- Demonstrate excellent legal research, drafting, and advocacy skills;
- Be proactive, organised, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Main responsibilities include:
- Representing clients in civil litigation matters;
- Attending court sittings, case conferences, and tribunals;
- Drafting legal documents, opinions, and correspondence;
- Providing legal advice to clients on a wide range of civil matters.
