{"id":4366,"date":"2024-06-11T12:07:52","date_gmt":"2024-06-11T10:07:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sciberras.legal\/?p=4366"},"modified":"2026-08-20T15:58:00","modified_gmt":"2026-08-20T13:58:00","slug":"malta-global-residence-programme","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sciberras.legal\/zh\/2024\/06\/11\/malta-global-residence-programme\/","title":{"rendered":"\u9a6c\u8033\u4ed6\u5168\u7403\u5c45\u7559\u8ba1\u5212"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u9a6c\u8033\u4ed6\u5168\u7403\u5c45\u7559\u8ba1\u5212\uff08GRP\uff09\u65e8\u5728\u5438\u5f15\u6765\u81ea\u6b27\u76df\u3001\u6b27\u6d32\u7ecf\u6d4e\u533a\u6216\u745e\u58eb\u4ee5\u5916\u3001\u5bfb\u6c42\u5728\u6b27\u76df\u5185\u83b7\u5f97\u7a0e\u52a1\u5c45\u6c11\u8eab\u4efd\u7684\u4e2a\u4eba\u3002\u8be5\u8ba1\u5212\u7531\u9a6c\u8033\u4ed6\u653f\u5e9c\u4e8e 2013 \u5e74\u63a8\u51fa\uff0c\u65e8\u5728\u5438\u5f15\u5bcc\u88d5\u7684\u7b2c\u4e09\u56fd\u56fd\u6c11\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u9a6c\u8033\u4ed6\u5168\u7403\u5c45\u7559\u8ba1\u5212\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u4f18\u52bf\u5728\u4e8e\uff0c\u4e00\u65e6\u83b7\u5f97\u7a0e\u52a1\u5c40\u957f\u7684\u6279\u51c6\uff0c\u6301\u6709\u8005\u5c06\u83b7\u5f97\u7279\u6b8a\u7684\u7a0e\u52a1\u8eab\u4efd\u8bc1\u4e66\uff0c\u8be5\u8bc1\u4e66\u5c06\u4f7f\u7533\u8bf7\u4eba\u53ca\u5176\u53d7\u629a\u517b\u4eba\u6709\u8d44\u683c\u7533\u8bf7\u9a6c\u8033\u4ed6\u5c45\u7559\u8bb8\u53ef\u3002\u6b64\u8bb8\u53ef\u4e0d\u4ec5\u5141\u8bb8\u5728\u9a6c\u8033\u4ed6\u5c45\u4f4f\uff0c\u8fd8\u53ef\u4ee5\u5728\u7533\u6839\u533a\u5185\u65c5\u884c\uff0c\u800c\u65e0\u9700\u6bcf\u6b21\u90fd\u7533\u8bf7\u7533\u6839\u7b7e\u8bc1\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u6839\u636e\u8fd9\u4e00\u7279\u6b8a\u7a0e\u6536\u5f85\u9047\uff0c\u7533\u8bf7\u4eba\u6c47\u5165\u9a6c\u8033\u4ed6\u7684\u4efb\u4f55\u5883\u5916\u6240\u5f97\u5c06\u630915%\u7684\u7279\u6b8a\u56fa\u5b9a\u7a0e\u7387\u5f81\u7a0e\uff0c\u5e76\u53ef\u7533\u8bf7\u53cc\u91cd\u5f81\u7a0e\u51cf\u514d\u3002 \u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u6240\u6709\u672a\u6c47\u5165\u9a6c\u8033\u4ed6\u7684\u5176\u4ed6\u5883\u5916\u6240\u5f97\u5747\u65e0\u9700\u5728\u9a6c\u8033\u4ed6\u5883\u5185\u7eb3\u7a0e\u3002\u4f46\u4efb\u4f55\u5728\u9a6c\u8033\u4ed6\u5883\u5185\u4ea7\u751f\u7684\u6536\u5165\uff0c\u5c06\u630935%\u7684\u7a0e\u7387\u5f81\u7a0e\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u7533\u8bf7\u9a6c\u8033\u4ed6\u5168\u7403\u5c45\u7559\u8ba1\u5212\u7279\u6b8a\u7a0e\u52a1\u8eab\u4efd\u7684\u8d44\u683c\u662f\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u4f5c\u4e3a\u7b2c\u4e09\u56fd\u56fd\u6c11<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u672a\u4ece\u4efb\u4f55\u5176\u4ed6\u5c45\u6c11\u8ba1\u5212\u4e2d\u53d7\u76ca<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u5728\u9a6c\u8033\u4ed6\u79df\u623f\u6216\u8d2d\u623f<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u62e5\u6709\u5065\u5eb7\u4fdd\u9669<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u88ab\u8ba4\u4e3a\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u5408\u9002\u4e14\u6b63\u5f53\u7684\u4eba<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u6d41\u5229\u7684\u82f1\u8bed\u6216\u9a6c\u8033\u4ed6\u8bed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u7533\u8bf7\u65f6\uff0c\u5fc5\u987b\u652f\u4ed8\u4e00\u6b21\u6027\u4e0d\u53ef\u9000\u8fd8\u7684\u8d39\u7528 6,000 \u6b27\u5143\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u8bf7\u6ce8\u610f\uff0c\u4e3b\u7533\u8bf7\u4eba\u5fc5\u987b\u6bcf\u5e74\u7f34\u7eb3\u81f3\u5c11 15,000 \u6b27\u5143\u7684\u6700\u4f4e\u5e74\u7a0e\uff0c\u5e76\u4e14\u5728\u65e5\u5386\u5e74\u5185\u4e0d\u5f97\u5c45\u4f4f\u5728\u4efb\u4f55\u5176\u4ed6\u53f8\u6cd5\u7ba1\u8f96\u533a\u6ee1 183 \u5929\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u60f3\u901a\u8fc7\u9a6c\u8033\u4ed6\u5168\u7403\u5c45\u7559\u8ba1\u5212\u79fb\u5c45\u9a6c\u8033\u4ed6\uff0c\u6211\u4eecSciberras Advocates\u5f8b\u5e08\u4e8b\u52a1\u6240\u7684\u56e2\u961f\u5c06\u8d1f\u8d23\u5904\u7406\u60a8\u7684\u6240\u6709\u6587\u4e66\u5de5\u4f5c\uff0c\u5e76\u5168\u7a0b\u6307\u5bfc\u60a8\u7684\u7533\u8bf7\u8fc7\u7a0b\u3002\u5982\u9700\u4e86\u89e3\u66f4\u591a\u4fe1\u606f\u4ee5\u53ca\u5bfb\u6c42\u7533\u8bf7\u9a6c\u8033\u4ed6\u5168\u7403\u5c45\u7559\u8ba1\u5212\u7684\u534f\u52a9\uff0c\u8bf7\u8054\u7cfb\u6211\u4eec <a href=\"mailto:info@sciberras.legal\">info@sciberras.legal<\/a>.
