For the avoidance of any doubt, any reference to timeframes extending over several years, as mentioned in the articles, relates to the cumulative duration of proceedings when matters progress through multiple stages, including both the Immigration Appeals Board and any subsequent appeal before the Court of Appeal. In this respect, it is also noted that proceedings before the Court of Appeal are generally concluded within a period of approximately six months. It is not intended to suggest that delays are attributable to any particular tribunal or court, but rather to reflect the overall procedural timeline inherent in pursuing all available legal remedies.
