Dr. Daniil Kazakov, LL.B, M. Adv (Moscow), is an advocate who obtained his law degrees from the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA) in Russia. He holds an impressive educational and professional background in the field of law.,
Originally from Russia, Dr Kazakov has received his secondary education in Malta at St Edward’s College. He then moved back to Russia where he fist obtained a Bachelor of Law degree in 2020, graduating summa cum laude. He then obtained a Master’s degree in 2022, specialising in private law and also graduating summa cum laude, and is currently undertaking a PhD degree specialising on digital law which indicates his dedication to staying updated with emerging legal trends.
Dr Kazakov has also obtained a certificate on contract law in 2021 from HarvardX, an online learning initiative of Harvard University. During this time Dr Kazakov has worked in the legal field first as an advocate assistant and then a junior lawyer. In 2022 he was also elected as the first vice-president advocate at a St. Petersburg bar association and before moving back to Malta has also lectured for a full academic year at the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration in St. Petersburg, which reflects his commitment to knowledge sharing and education.

He speaks fluently Russian and English languages, and has a basic working knowledge of the Maltese, Italian and Japanese languages.
